These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SpikeFli telecom expense analytics platform (“SpikeFli”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using SpikeFli, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at Service@SpikeFli.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Access data you are not authorized to view.
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or replicate SpikeFli services without written permission.
- Use SpikeFli to violate any applicable law or regulation.
3. Data Ownership
Your organization retains ownership of all data you upload to SpikeFli. We process that data solely to deliver the services described in your agreement with SpikeFli. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle personal data.
4. Service Availability
We aim to keep SpikeFli available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the platform without prior notice.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using SpikeFli at any time; to close your account, contact Service@SpikeFli.com.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced within the platform or by email to the account administrator. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
